The accommodations consist of (1) a three-bedroom house, (2) two-bedroom cottages, (1) a one-bedroom cottage, and (2) one-room bungalows. Each unit features a full kitchen, deck with comfortable furniture and a gas grill, all boasting picturesque views of Seneca Lake. Admiral Peabody's is dog-friendly and provides a large grassy area with a communal fire pit. Guests can enjoy over 200 feet of lake frontage with 2 substantial dock complexes equipped with tables, chairs, and a swing, perfect for soaking in the sun , boating and fishing while enjoying the refreshing lake waters. Must cross over the railroad tracks to access the lakefront. See IDA for any business programs. Wi-Fi extends throughout the property. All units have linens, towels, flat-screen TVs with cable, coffee makers, microwaves, fridges, and blow dryers. Larger units also feature full kitchens with cookware, plates, and utensils, and most have a pull-out couch or futon included . Individual A/C units ensure comfort in each unit's accommodation and 10 off street parking spaces. Maintenance room has 3 washer and dryers included for easy turn over of units and a managers office.
