Originally from Turkey, Ugur moved to the United States in 1988 and became the first in his family to attend college, graduating from the prestigious Physicians Assistant program at Rochester Institute of Technology.

For 22 years, Ugur served the Rochester community as a Physicians Assistant in Neurosurgery at Rochester Regional Health, where he built a reputation for calm under pressure, precise communication, and unwavering dedication to his patients. Fluent in Turkish and deeply empathetic, Ugur has a unique ability to connect with people from all backgrounds—an asset he now brings to guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions: finding the perfect home.
