Kim Horan

Raised in Rochester, I have spent the majority of my life involved in numerous aspects of real estate and
all that it has to offer. My parents owned multiple investment properties while I was growing up, so I
was introduced to it at a young age. No matter the economy, real estate always offers an opportunity
for growth and capitalization. I had my license over 20 years ago, relocated out of town for over 10
years and raised my family, recently entering back into the real estate market full time. Throughout that
I was fortunate to meet Robert Piazza Palotto and collaborated with him on numerous of my own
investments. I have owned many properties over the years. In addition to sales, I have a vast amount of
experience in renting, property management, flipping, remodeling, kitchens, and project management.

I truly love what I do! Working with people and sharing resources to help them to purchase and/or sell
their home or investment properties before, during, and after the sale is a privilege. Our team believes
